By accessing or using MedIbiza, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
MedIbiza provides AI-powered Mediterranean diet meal planning, recipe generation, shopping list management, and nutrition tracking. Our service is intended for informational and educational purposes and should not replace professional medical or nutritional advice.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. AI-Generated Content
Meal plans, recipes, and nutritional information generated by our AI are provided as suggestions only. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors. Always verify nutritional information and consult a healthcare provider for specific dietary needs, especially if you have food allergies, medical conditions, or are pregnant.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, including attempting to reverse engineer the AI systems, scraping content, creating multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
MedIbiza and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MedIbiza and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Meal plans and recipes generated for you are yours to use personally but may not be commercially redistributed.
8. Limitation of Liability
MedIbiza is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from following AI-generated meal plans or recipes. Users are responsible for ensuring food safety and verifying that meals are appropriate for their individual health needs.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
